Who we are

This website is operated by White Event Production Ltd, trading as Event Streaming ("we", "us"). We are registered in England and Wales under company number 07829190. We are the controller of the personal information described in this policy. Our trading address is 4 Danbury Court, Linford Wood, Milton Keynes, MK14 6PL.

What we collect and why

Enquiries. When you use our contact form we collect your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, organisation and event details. We use these to respond to your enquiry and prepare a proposal. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. We keep enquiry records for up to three years, or longer if we go on to work together.

Email. When you contact us by email or phone we keep a record of the correspondence so we can deal with your request.

Website usage. If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are useful. This information is aggregated and does not identify you personally. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set.

Security. Our forms are protected by Google reCAPTCHA to stop spam. reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information and sends it to Google for analysis. Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply. We also record the IP address used to submit a form, to prevent abuse.

Who we share it with

We never sell your information. We share it only with service providers who help us run this website and respond to you, under contracts that protect your data:

• our website hosting provider (UK);
• SparkPost (Bird), which delivers the emails sent by this website;
• Google, for reCAPTCHA and, only if you accept, Google Analytics.

Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Standard Contractual Clauses are in place.

Event platforms

Registration and viewing platforms we build for clients' events have their own privacy notices. For those platforms we usually act as a processor on behalf of the organisation running the event.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, and to ask us to correct, delete or restrict it. You also have the right to object to how we use it and to ask for a copy in a portable format. To make a request, contact us using the details above. We'll respond within one month.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, please tell us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
